Zahya (“زاهية”) connects you with home beauty professionals in Saudi Arabia. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We keep it short and honest: we only collect what a booking needs, and we never sell your data.

Information we collect

  • Account details: your name, email address, and — if you choose to add it — your phone number, so we can create your account and contact you about bookings.
  • Booking history: the services you request, the occasion, the appointment date and time, and any reviews you leave.
  • Precise location — only for home visits: when you request an at-home appointment, we use your device location once to estimate the travel fee for that visit. You can also place the map pin manually instead of sharing GPS.
  • Push notification token: if you allow notifications, we store your device’s push token so we can send you booking updates.
  • Sign-in token: a secure login token is kept in your device’s secure storage (the iOS Keychain) so you stay signed in — it is not shared with anyone else.

How we use your information

  • To create and manage your account and your bookings.
  • To estimate home-visit travel fees — your location is used for this purpose only.
  • To send booking updates and reminders through push notifications.
  • To keep the service secure and prevent abuse.
  • We do not sell your personal information, and we never use your location for advertising.

Payments

Zahya does not process payments inside the app. Prices, deposits, and travel fees shown to you are informational amounts only — we do not collect or store your card, bank, or other payment details.

Sharing your information

We share only what a booking needs. For example, your name and the appointment details are shared with the professional you book so she can serve you. We do not sell your data and we do not share it with advertisers.

Keeping and deleting your data

You can ask us to delete your account and personal data at any time by emailing us. We will remove your data, except for limited records we may be required to keep for legal or accounting reasons.

Security

Your login token is stored in your device’s secure storage, and your data is encrypted while it travels to our servers. No method of storage or transmission is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information.
