How do bookings work?
Browse professionals, pick a service, choose your date and occasion, and send a request. The professional reviews it and confirms your appointment — you’ll get a notification once she does. A deposit amount is recorded when she confirms; it is shown as a label in the app, and Zahya does not take payment in the app.
How do I cancel a booking?
Open the booking from “My bookings” and choose Cancel. You can cancel while a request is still pending, or after it has been confirmed. If you run into any trouble, email us and we’ll help.
How do travel fees work?
For at-home visits, the app estimates a travel fee from the distance between the professional and your location, and shows it to you before you confirm. In-studio appointments have no travel fee. Travel fees are informational amounts only — no payment is taken in the app.
